Mac Attack Sandwich

Our friend Kevin, from Big K’s QUE, came into the kitchen to help us out with this simple, easy, and delicious take on a BBQ sandwich!

Directions

  1. We used leftover BBQ for this recipe. Find our recipe for how to cook a pork shoulder on our website.
  2. Make our smoked gouda mac and cheese recipe. Leave out the cajun seasoning, chili powder, red pepper flakes, and bacon. 
  3. Take two pieces of sourdough bread and assemble your sandwich by layering BBQ, mac and cheese, and a little bit of Allegro Original BBQ Sauce
  4. Heat up a skillet with some butter. Toast your sandwich on both sides. 
  5. Serve and enjoy!
