Grilled Chicken Bacon Ranch Wrap

We made a grilled chicken bacon ranch wrap with homemade ranch on our Traeger! Considering our food is usually really bad for you, this seems like a healthy meal! You can obviously make it much healthier than this if you wanted to as well, but this was SO GOOD!

Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken Breasts
  • 6 Slices of Thick Cut Bacon
  • Crove Food Co. Poultry Rub & Seasoning
  • 1 Bottle Allegro Original Marinade
  • 1 Packet of Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning
  • 1 Cup Mayo
  • 1 Cup Whole Milk
  • 1 Clove Garlic
  • 1 Cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
  • Flour Tortillas

Directions

  1. Place chicken in a ziplock bag and add Allegro Original Marinade for 1-4 hours.
  2. Place bacon strips on a cooking sheet and bake at 375 for 20-25 minutes.
  3. To make your ranch dressing, mix the mayo, milk, and ranch seasoning with 1 clove of grated garlic.
  4. Remove from the bag and season both sides liberally with Crove Food Co. Poultry Rub & Seasoning
  5. Prepare your grill for high heat cooking.
  6. Grill chicken until it reaches 165 degrees internally.
  7. To assemble. Add cheese, chicken, bacon, lettuce, and ranch to the tortilla, wrap, and grill on each side for 60 seconds.
