Divide the ground chuck into 4 balls. Season with Crove Food Co. Beef Rub & Seasoning.
In a bowl, mix horseradish, mayo, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic and mix together.
Heat your grill and place GrillGrates over the hot coals upside down.
Once hot, spread butter over the surface of the flattop and place each burger ball on it. Using two spatulas, smash the burger ball down as flat as you can. Season each patty with Crove Food Co. Beef Rub & Seasoning.Place a handful of shaved onion over the patty and flip. Add more seasoning and a slice of cheese.
Once the cheese has melted, remove from heat and assemble the cheeseburger.
