Buffalo Chicken Sliders & Egg Rolls

The super bowl is coming up this Sunday and we are ready for it with these easy buffalo chicken recipes! We are smoking this chicken to give it an extra level of flavor!



  1. Prepare your smoker at 325 degrees. Season your chicken breast with Crove Food Co. Fajita Rub & Seasoning or Crove Food Co. Poultry Rub & Seasoning depending on what kind of flavor you want. Place the chicken on the smoker and cook for 25-30 minutes and remove once the internal temperature reaches 165.
  2. In a saucepan,melt the butter over medium heat. Add in the hot sauce, salt, garlic powder, and worcestershire sauce. Stir until everything is well combined.
  3. Shred the chicken breasts and add to a bowl with the buffalo sauce. 
  4. For the egg rolls, add mozzarella and buffalo chicken and wrap them in the egg roll wrappers. Fry for 5 minutes at 350 degrees or until they are golden brown. Serve with ranch and enjoy
  5. For the sliders, slice your hawaiian rolls in half. On the bottom add pepperjack cheese, then add the chicken, then drizzle with ranch and add more cheese. Add the top back to it and brush with melted butter and garlic powder.
  6. Bake at 375 for 15-20 minutes or until the bread is toasted and the cheese is melted. Slice so they can be easily pulled apart and enjoy.
