Salsa Verde
Ingredients
- 8 Tomatillos
- 2 Jalapenos
- 4 Cloves of Garlic
- 1/2 White Onion
- 1/4 Cup Cilantro
- Juice of 2 Limes
- 1 Tbsp Crove Fajita Rub
Directions
- Roast tomatillos, onion, garlic, and jalapeños under a broiler for 2-3 minutes per side, until slightly charred.
- Place tomatillos, onion, garlic, and jalapeños in a blender with cilantro, lime juice and Crove Fajita Rub. Blend until smooth. Optional: Add a pinch of sugar to cut down the acidity.
- Place in refrigerator and serve when cooled.
