We were asked to whip up a breakfast sandwich by a friend on Tiktok. We did just that. This croissant is packed with sausage, bacon, egg, cheese, and hot sauce. Give it a try!
Ingredients
½ Lb Country Sausage
4 Strips of Bacon
2 Eggs
2 Slices of Cheese
2 Croissants
Directions
Place your bacon on a cooking sheet and place in the oven. Set the oven to 400 degrees and cook for 20-25 minutes or until your preferred doneness.
Form your sausage patties into the shape of the croissant. Cook over medium high heat for 2-4 minutes and flip. Add cheese and cook until the sausage is cooked throughout.
Using a few tablespoons of bacon grease, fry your egg for 2-3 minutes and then flip. Cook for another 1-3 minutes and season with salt and pepper.
Cut your croissant in half and toast in a pan.
To assemble, add all the ingredients and optionally add a few dashes of hot sauce and enjoy!
