20 Minute Pasta Salad


1 box bow-tie pasta
1/2 bottle Italian dressing
1 cup sliced pepperoni
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup diced red onion
2 tbsp Crove Beef Rub
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
3 diced pepperoncinis


  1. Add pasta to boiling salted water and cook to Al dente.

  2. Cut your veggies and pepperonis. You can optionally toast the pepperonis over medium high heat for 3-4 minutes. Grate the parmesan cheese. Add all of these ingredients to a large bowl with beef rub.

  3. Next in the same bowl, add drained pasta and Italian dressing. Mix until well combined.

  4. Optionally add in any veggies you want. Some good options are olives, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.

  5. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
