- Prepare your sous vide cooker to 131 degrees for a medium-rare steak. Refer to your sous vide guide to set the temperature based on how you like your steak cooked.
- Heavily season every inch of the ribeye with Crove Food Co. Beef Rub & Seasoning. Place it in a bag with rosemary, garlic, and butter and remove all of the air from the bag.
- Place in the sous vide bath for at least 3 hours, or according to your sous vide directions.
