Tomahawk Ribeye

  1. Prepare your sous vide cooker to 131 degrees for a medium-rare steak. Refer to your sous vide guide to set the temperature based on how you like your steak cooked. 
  2. Heavily season every inch of the ribeye with Crove Food Co. Beef Rub & Seasoning. Place it in a bag with rosemary, garlic, and butter and remove all of the air from the bag.
  3. Place in the sous vide bath for at least 3 hours, or according to your sous vide directions.
  4. Once removed, set outside over a fire-safe environment like grill grates and use the Grill blazer Su-V Grill Gun (use code crovefood10 for 10% off!) to sear each side of the steak until you have a beautiful crust. Let it rest for 10 minutes and slice it into strips and enjoy!
