Ingredients

 

      • Prairie Fresh Spare Ribs
      • Prairie Fresh Back Ribs
      • Daily’s Steak Cut Bacon

Directions

Ribs:

  1. Remove from packaging and rub both sides with bbq rub. I used Crove Pork Rub.
  2. Smoke for 3 hours @250 degrees.
  3. Wrap with 2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp brown sugar, and 1 tbsp honey. Smoke for 1.5-2 hours.
  4. Remove and let rest before serving.

Bacon:

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
    3. Lay bacon on the tray and cook for 20 minutes.
    4. Flip and continue to cook for 10-20 minutes or until the bacon is at your preferred texture. The thickness will determine how long it takes to achieve your preferred doneness.
