The Pork Palace
Ingredients
- Prairie Fresh Spare Ribs
- Prairie Fresh Back Ribs
- Daily’s Steak Cut Bacon
Directions
Ribs:
- Remove from packaging and rub both sides with bbq rub. I used Crove Pork Rub.
- Smoke for 3 hours @250 degrees.
- Wrap with 2 tbsp butter, 1 tbsp brown sugar, and 1 tbsp honey. Smoke for 1.5-2 hours.
- Remove and let rest before serving.
Bacon:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
- Lay bacon on the tray and cook for 20 minutes.
- Flip and continue to cook for 10-20 minutes or until the bacon is at your preferred texture. The thickness will determine how long it takes to achieve your preferred doneness.
