Alfredo Chicken Wings



·      Chicken Wings

·      2 Cups All-Purpose Flour

·      2/3 Cup Corn Starch

·      2 Tbsp Crove Beef Rub

·      3 Tbsp. Butter

·      1 Cup of Grated Parmesan Cheese

·      1 Pint Heavy Cream

·      1 Tbsp Crove Beef Rub

·      Vegetable Oil



    1. Add frying oil to a heavy pot and preheat to 350 degrees.
    2. While preheating, start the sauce by adding butter and cream to a pan over medium heat. Bring to a very low simmer and add parmesan and Crove all-purpose beef rub. Whisk together and set aside.
    3. Dredge the wings in flour, corn starch, and Crove Beef Rub.
    4. Fry for 7-8 minutes, or until the internal temperature is 165 internal and the wings are crispy.
    5. Toss in the alfredo sauce and enjoy!
